Q: Can this be triggered with a pc cord, assuming I have an adapter?

I suppose it can depending on your hot shoe, cables, etc. It doesn't have any kind of cable input tho. This flash isn't a lot better than an on camera flash TBH. And it's not really powerful enough to overpower the on camera flash. So you always end up with two flashes, one of which is kind of ugly. I'd probably opt for something cheaper, stronger with one of those tupperware diffusers on top.

Q: What camera does It go too

Any camera with a standard hot shoe or a flash, which triggers it remotely. This is a tiny, weak flash and almost useless fotr general picture taking.

Q: Would this work on a T6i?

It will work as a slave on any camera. But it's not very powerful at all. You almost definitely need something better.
