No its not its better than super tack for machinery tractors etc. It has 5% moly which is great and meets cat standards

is schaffers 238 good for boat steering assembly?

I believe Schaeffer's 219 SynForce™ Green is a better choice for marine applications.

is this grease safe for rubber and or polyurethane bushings?

I do not own Schaeffers ....however I do represent the products. This 238 is Top of the Line and is an Extreme Pressure, Waterproof All-Purpose Grease that should work fine in your polyurethane rubber application.

Well this work for my 2003 peterbilt truck?

238 Ultra Supreme is great for bushings (e.g. king pins, ball joint & tie rod ends) as well as low-speed bearings. Not for wheel bearings.
