I love this pan. It is so versatile. It is well made, and easy to clean. This is a replacement pan for me, as we left our original pan in the sink for a couple of days with water and soap, and a bit of left over food particles. Well, the pan became pitted, and was badly stained. Not the pan’s fault. So this is a replacement. I would not settle for a pan like this of lesser quality. I trust this manufacturer, and have several baking pans made by them. My favorite by far!

Does a great job on bacon

Although it was wrapped in plastic, the top edges of the tray look like they have been dragged across a rough surface causing the metal coating to be rubbed off. Have not used yet but have taken pictures just in case the pan starts to rust.

Great use for cooking bacon in oven. Simply spray some cooking oil on pan, load up the tray with bacon, and cook for 24-28 minutes, depending on how you like your bacon. Does a great job, bacon is not curled, but comes out flat, all grease is in bottom of pan. Clean up is easy if you sprayed it first. Great value, and I use it often!
