I had a problem with the “Ultimate Tuff Tainer” breakage which I find quite fragile. I contacted them twice by email about it. I got no feedback from them. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Definitely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No more Flambeau, welcome to Plano&Rapala.
