Are these different from wilkinson sword classic blades?

Different blades. These Gillette Wilkinson Swords are made in India, Wilkinson Sword Classics are made in Germany.

Will these fit my wilkinson sword tech 4 razor handle?

It's sounds like you have the the clip on blades for yours the's or the old type blades that fit the old type twist from the bottom of the handle to open and close.

The discipton said made in India but the package i got said made in china witch is it ?

Mine say "Made in India" and were packaged on 11/2018, so they are fairly new blades.  Apparently they are made in both places.

Question 4

I have about your average whisker thickness.  How many shaves would I get per blade? 100 blades for $6.75 makes me wonder about these.

Remarkable how many shaves some others get out of a single blade.  Weeks????  Wow, I wish I could get that.  I can't get more than a matter of DAYS out of ANY blade brand including this one.  My face is incredibly sensitive and I'm already getting the slightest irritation out of the first few shaves with every brand, a lot with some brands, less with others.  This blade is among the better for that.  Even the blades which are better for my face will start to irritate me after a few days -- Astra are the blades that I get a day or two longer (5 or so) but these excellent India-made Wilkinson Sword blades give me about 3 good shaves with virtually no irritation and then the 4th has mild irritation and the 5th shave, if I push for that, is pretty irritating and I'm left with a burning face that hurts when I rinse and put on the aftershave balm.    So for me, definitely 3, maybe 4, and I can't bear a 5th.  But overall these blades give me a really great shave even when I do push to that 5th (though it's starting to pull a bit by then) but the irritation is the biggest difference.  As you can see with some people reporting WEEKS of shaving with the blade, this completely will depend on the sensitivity of your face and the growth pattern for your hair (mine grows extremely flat and in all sorts of directions) and your hair texture.  Mine is so fine that the blade can often pass over a strand and leave it untouched.  This is a classic case of "Your Mileage Will Vary".
