Works well as a heat shield

easy to work with. looks nice on the bike. the edges are a bit loose, but maybe all heat wraps are like that. of course you need to use SS metal ties to hold it on the pipe. i am happy with it. i wish i could place a photo here.

This stuff works so well that my car doesn't warm up as fast in the cold of Canadian winters. Easy to install (if a bit time consuming, but all header wrap is the same in that respect), and looks very attractive once installed. Under-hood temps are lower with my aftermarket header and this wrap than with OEM manifold and heat shields. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of good looking and effective header wrap. One thing to keep in mind though: it may be helpful to buy a roll of 1" wrap as well to do the runners that are in tighter spaces. Also, it should be noted that rather then buy the stainless zip ties from DEI, you can get them in the zip tie aisle at Canadian Tire for $6.00/10 ties. Thank me later for that little piece of advice!

Product Quality is good. Fuss free installation...no lose threads or damage. Not yet seen a noticeable difference in Performance. Still very early days and hence just the looks are good enough for now. Will edit the review based on real world performance after a month or two.

good, but does discolour over time. mine has gone a kind of gold colour (which I don't hate)

Wrap went on easy . Great product. Used on Corvette side pipes - leg saver .
