Très bien. 20s dans l'eau bouillante puis le mouler a la forme des dents en le mordant et en appuyant de l'intérieur avec la langue et de l'extérieur avec les doigts, puis découper l'excès.

Perfekt als Übergang bis die Schiene vom Zahnarzt fertig ist. Ich habe ein sehr schmales Gebiss und sie passt trotzdem super rein. Funktioniert nach Anleitung, welche Einfach ist. Das Material ist angenehm ohne Geschmack und Geruch von der 1. Nacht an. Nur die mitgelieferte Dose bleibt nicht geschlossen und springt immer auf.

Perfecta para economizar una de dentista
Cometí el error de ponerlo a hervir! , no hagan eso solo es calentar en agua para que se pueda amoldar comodamente a tu boca, lo llevo usando una semana y noto que el dolor de las mañanas ha disminuido. Obviamente no es lo mismo que una de dentista pero 350 euros por este precio preferí experimentar.... además vienen 6. Veremos cuanto dura la primera. pero hasta el momento bastante contenta. Además viene con un estuche negro muy bonito
