Not working. Water leaking. Wire not spinning back
Extreamly disappointed. The water is leaking. The wire not returning to original position. It already burnt 3 of my adaptors as in Dubai we have different plug. Seller please contact me to arrange return and refund. Terrible product

Impressive because of the Steam output.
I purchased this iron based on the reviews that I had read. It's definitely more expensive than the Brand that I have been using for years and they were not inexpensive models. What this unit excels at, is the Steam output that it generates, so today I wanted to see how it would perform on some thicker pants that I wear in the winter. I came away extremely impressed, as they would not have looked as good with any of the other models that I have used prior. One negative is the cord length is a few feet shorter than my previous models and because it's retractable, it does not exit at the back of the unit but instead to one side, so a little more inconvenient depending on where your ironing board is in relation to the electrical outlet. I was eager to see how it would perform as it's a recent purchase, so tried it once on my shirts and once on the pants. I have been ironing all my life as the receptionist at a company that I had worked for 50 years ago, told me that my shirts do not look pressed, just freshly coming out of the dryer and she was correct, so now my wife is more than happy to let me iron her garments also. In summary, it's the best unit that I have purchased to this day.

Spectacular Iron
The CHI Iron is well-built and versatile, making it suitable for pressing or steaming any garment. The temperature control dial is nearly accurate, allowing you to select the appropriate setting for different fabrics (note that this may vary with other models). The steam function is adjustable, letting you control the level of steam output as needed, which is a fantastic feature. With two press triggers for spray and steam, this iron provides greater precision for detailing garments. The cord retraction button works effectively, provided the cord is straight and only has minor tangles. The titanium ceramic-coated soleplate allows for ease of use when pressing or steaming garments. A key safety feature is the auto shut-off, which prevents the iron from burning garments or starting a fire. It will automatically shut off after 30 minutes if resting on its heel, after 60 seconds when resting on either side and after 60 seconds when resting on the soleplate. Additionally, the self-cleaning feature uses steam to clean out the ports and remove any debris or dirt. **Cons:** The titanium ceramic coating can be scratched, as it is just a coating like that on a nonstick pan. Improper handling can damage it, especially when in contact with zippers, metal buttons, pins, and protrusions on garments. Exercise caution to protect the soleplate. While the retractable cord is convenient, it is not 100% reliable and may jam, preventing the plug from fully retracting. The cord can overlap itself inside the casing, which may cause it to get stuck, so it needs to be guided when the retraction button is engaged. Still worth purchasing💯

High quality, great steam
My parents have this iron, and I bought this because of how nice it was to use while visiting their house. I've had to buy a lot of irons due to moving over the years, I've had Panasonic and other mainstream brands. I had never heard of this brand, and bought it based off of my own experience. I didn't want to spend the money for is, but I've been able to iron more quickly than with some of the cheaper options i've owned in the past.

Makes a chore into a breeze…
Im a 53 y/o Gen X’er that grew up having to have my clothes ironed. As an adult with a professional job, I still do. For years, I never knew anything about irons other than the typical $10 - $20 variety you find in most discount stores. After using those for years (and throwing them away after a few years)…I wondered if there wasn’t an iron that didn’t require 10 passes to get out wrinkles. Looked at all the types and brands and settled on this one at a mid-range price. BEST $70 I’VE SPENT! You can feel and see the difference with an iron like this one with higher voltage/heat and lots of steam! I assure you, I hate ironing and tend to let it pile up and have a whole day’s worth before I do it (and have cheated and taken clothes to the cleaner’s for pressing at $150 - $200 per trip. With this new CHI iron, I get it all done in about half the time and the results look great! My boss even made a comment in a meeting that I was “showing up the rest of the team with creases in my shirts you could cut a finger on.” We laughed, but I was so proud of my iron (even with my average ironing skills). It uses a lot of water/refills (because…LOTS of steam) and is a bit heavy, but worth it for the results. It is ample size, has plenty of cord length for my needs, and I like that it has the auto-off feature with a digital ‘beep’ reminder if I leave it on. A long review, and a lot of gushing over an iron…but has saved me time and effort (and money from professional pressing) and I would put this one in the “near luxury” category of irons.
