I installed this product on an outside shower I built for a customer in a coastal community. I went with this since it was stainless steel and power coated. Install was very simple and the customer loved the look and function. When I went back there 6 months later to do some more work I noticed the unit was leaking. I was there to shut the water off in the house for the winter. We did have some low temps a few days before and I’m sure that is what causes the leak. I contacted customer service and told them what part I needed to replace to fix the leak. They immediately sent out to me a complete new unit. I wasn’t expecting a full replacement at all just the part I needed to fix the leak. But that right there is 100% awesome customer service.

Quick delivery - better yet - very quick shipment of replacement part - after several months of sitting in the box, I finally got around to installing the outdoor shower at our Cape Cod house. I noticed one missing nipple from the shower head - did I lose it or did it come come missing? No idea (more likely I lost it as the packaging of all parts was superb. The vendor did not quible at all about sending me a replacement immediately. Installation was easy (though it was a one picture diagram of instructions). The shower is sturdy and looks great (IMHO). The head height is adjustable, even after install. The hot/cold control feels sturdy. I highly recommed the shower and highly recommend the vendor.

The item arrived nicely and was packed superb.Had to get pipes to fit the shower. Upon installing, there was no water pressure. There is a post for a foreign object possibly blocking and we verified there is not. I’m out of a shower and some cash now! Sent a question but didn’t get a response from the owner

This is a very attractive looking shower and I am very happy with it. I did have a slight problem with the shower valve. As soon as I contacted customer service I received an almost immediate response. They assured me they would 100% take care of the problem and only asked for my order info and a photo of the problem with the unit They sent me an entire new shower within a week. I have never had such good customer service.

had a plumber install in our pool bath. So far it has held up nicely. The shower head is a bit flimsy but time will only tell how it holds up. overall very happy.
