Definitely works! You need to use it for at least 3 months to really see a difference, but my hair over my entire head became thicker and grew faster and seemed healthier. I really like it and only wish it was less expensive. I could definitely tell that my hair was less nice and more hair was coming out in the shower/brushing after I stopped using it for a couple months. My recommendation is to use the full amount for 9-12 months and then try reducing from 4 to 2-3 pills per day to stretch the supply. However, I do have 1 especially thin area and I did not notice any difference there. So, you need to start using this as soon as you feel ANY thinning if you want it to 'save' your hair.

You have to take four fairly large pills a day which would have been okay if they worked. Took for six months with no results, and they are expensive.

Best decision I have made, been taking from September,2022 to March,2026 and my hair has grown and huge improvement on skin and nails. My nails were paper thin, and after about 6 month they become as I had them before. Now they are harder then even, very happy with the product.

It works. Just give it a few months.
