Solid deck building game
I’ve played a few deck builders in the past, so I had an idea of what to expect to some degree. The game was solidly built. Nothing crazy new in the game compared to others, but it also didn’t feel like a a coating slapped on another game. The artwork was great, production quality was good overall, and the rules were pretty easy to grasp. Both sides definitely have moments where they can feel overpowered, but that seems to follow the theme of Power Rangers as well, and it can almost become a race to hit that point first. All in all, it is a solid game and I will most likely be buying the expansions to see what they add.

Birthday gift for husband
My husband is a huge Power Rangers fan a a big collector. He will really love this and I can’t wait to give it to him for his upcoming birthday. Good product value for the money.

fun deck building game
Really fun deck building game. although after many 1v1 play-through, the game does feel like it benefits the rangers more than the villains. it could also be coming down the the main deck shuffles and draws for the grid. out of 10 games, we have a 8-2 ranger lead in games while also switching between sides. Can't wait ti purchase the expansions. renegade games has bonus packs with additional rangers and villains that can be purchased from their site. still waiting for those bonus packs to come in.

Surprisingly fun!
I was a 90's kid so I was VERY into Power Rangers. I'm a pretty casual adult fan (haven't really seen anything beyond In Space), but I get all the nostalgic feels when I see the original MMPR. I'm also a fan of deck-building card games, and this game delivers.The game can be played 1v1, 1v2, or 2v2 (it's not 5 players as per Amazon's product info). Each "side" picks a Ranger or Villain to play as, each with different abilities. It's pretty similar to the DC Deck Building Game, a very popular game in my group. But the team vs. team is a nice addition, plus you "attach" cards to your character which can add depth rather than just playing and discarding them.The rules can be a little confusing at first, but if you played deck building games before, you'll be fine. Just keep something in mind my Ranger team didn't: BUY THOSE ZORDS. My boyfriend and I stomped them by getting our Henchmen (or whatever they're called in this game) very quickly, and now they swear the villains are overpowered. You also don't have to be a Power Ranger fan to appreciate the game. It definitely helps, but one of our players was quite a few years younger than the rest of us and didn't get all the references or characters, yet still had a good time.I'm definitely on the lookout for expansions. I know Zeo is coming next, and it's my second favorite season (I might be the only Queen Machina stan in the world) so I will snatch it up as soon as I see it available.
