Saw this charm and knew my wife had to have it. I always sign everything forever and always to her. Trustworthy seller, 100% authentic Pandora and even came with a Pandora box, perfect to wrap and hide nestled in the Christmas tree.

poor quality
The writing was not very good....unable to see and appeared to be stamped lightly on the heart. Poor quality for the price....sent it back.

The letters on this is so small and hard to read. Returned it.

It arrived broken . I tried to fix it and ended up losing it as it fell off while I was wearing

Charm says “Forever always” but product not made to last forever.
The heart fell out of the charm and wouldn’t stay in place after putting it back in the charm.

La forma de envío es horrible
El producto llego a tiempo y en buen estado. Pero lo que no me parece bien, es que sí compro un producto de Pandora, me venga en una caja de cartón sin más. Esperaba la caja y la bolsa de Pandora. No me ha gustado nada la forma en la que ha sido enviado el producto. No vuelvo a comprar cosas de este tipo.

Pandora Herz.
Ich habe den Artikel jetzt schon das 2. Mal. Einmal geschenkt bekommen und einmal neu selber gekauft. Als ich den Artikel bekommen habe war alles gut. Einen Tag getragen und das Herz in der Mitte ist rausgegangen und ist weg. Das ist sehr schade....
