I love this heating pad. I use it every night to warm the foot of my bed to keep my feet warm. Once they are comfortable, I can move it to my left leg which tends to cramp. This has made a big difference in my leg cramps, not just while using it, but also in reducing the amount cramping during the day. The pad stays warm for a long time, at least a couple of hours, and the soft cover and malleability help make it comfortable to use. It is relatively small which is fine for my current use but I will keep the larger version in mind. The only downside for me is that my microwave is downstairs which is inconvenient. I am working on my husband to get a 2nd microwave for upstairs.

Better than any plug in heating pad I have owned. Stays in place and smells great. Soothing. Use it as a wrap for sore leg muscles too!

This is great. I bought it for my husband to drap over his painful arthritic shoulder. And it would work well for neck pain too. Easy to heat. Also can make this cold. Covers a large area

Overall this product was good. The materials inside make it very flexible and formable to different body parts. No strong smell, and not easily burned like some of the other ones. My one complaint is its ability to hold heat. The heat pack warms nicely, but does unfortunately lose heat a bit quicker than some of its competitors out there (when heated the same way amount of time)

This neck and shoulder wrap works well and is easily microwaved. I’m super glad I purchased it! Keep in mind that it is weighted, so it stays in place, but after 10-15 minutes it feels heavy. I recently traveled with it and it packed well.

I have been using hot packs for many years and I used to sell a different brand when I owned a day spa. The one I sold was very scented and took a while to calm down so it wasn't too strong. This hot pack is unscented, which I actually love! We use it for my little chihuahua and so having no smell is good. I would think in many cases you may want an unscented hot pack, especially if you are sensitive to smell, as they can be extremely strong. This is a great size and folds in half nicely to fit in the microwave. You could use it in so many areas, neck, back, for cramps, really anywhere and the fabric is good for staying in place. I have seen the many reviews stating it burned in the microwave and I am telling you it is user error! If the fabric/hot pack touches the side of the microwave, even slightly it can cause it to burn. You always want to make sure you have it in the center and not able to touch the sides. You also want to be sure, for the first couple of time you heat it up that you do it in small increments! Start with 30 second time and then put it back in for another 30 seconds, etc. until you reach the desired heat. Once it is established you will be able to do one time and get the heat you want. I am finding with this one 1 minute and 45 seconds is a nice heat. It is also a moist heat but not overly wet. The quality is really nice, the velvet material also helps that when heated it doesn't feel overly moist. And the removable cover...the greatest detail! I love that you can take it off to wash it! I had so many things happen to other hot packs I have had that didn't have that feature and I literally had to throw them away because I couldn't wash them. So this is a great feature! Don't be scared by the other reviews saying it caught on fire...just be mindful of how you place it in the microwave and how long you put it in for.

I don't have words to describe the ecstasy that is this product! My muscles are perpetually tense, to the point that most masseuses ask what's wrong with me or comment that I feel like a bunch of rocks, lol. This is hands down the most relaxing experience of my life. And normally smells set off my migraines, but this (even being close to my face) just has the barest hint of a very pleasant and relaxing smell. You won't regret this purchase.

Its nice when you first put it on the affected area but I am disappointed in how long it holds the heat. I have added additional seconds to suggested time in the microwave.

I received mine yesterday and used it that night to try to warm up my ice block feet in bed. I followed the heating instructions and started with 60 seconds and did two more rounds at 30 seconds each. Climbed into bed and laid it across my feet and it was heaven. I fell asleep faster cuz my ice blocks didn't keep waking me up! The velvet cover is really soft and comforting. I took the cover off for heating and then put it back on before I used it. Super happy with this purchase.

It’s really good but be careful not to wear it on the tag’s side. The heated tag burned my back.
