I took a chance purchasing these because they were on sale. It made for a delicious brunch. I warmed it a bit in the oven with some garlic and gave it a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. On a piece of crusty bread it was absolutely divine. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I really disliked these mussels! The sauce leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. There are better tinned mussels available.

This mussels have so much flavor. They’re rich and tomato-y with a hint of fennel and onion. The only reason I docked it a star is because I wish the can had more mussels in it. Next time I’ll try adding some plain, smoked mussels from another can to the leftover sauce in this one.

used these to replace the salsa in my shrimp ceviche in a pinch and it turned out amazing. tasted one on its own and very tender and the sauce has just a little kick. i added more hot sauce and they’re awesome

Maybe I'm crazy but I didn't like this can as much as I thought I would. It's pretty hyped up and I usually like tinned mussels in tomato sauce, but this one kinda fell short for me. I'd give it another try but there are definitely other options that I prefer.

I guess I should have looked into this a bit more but it is a small little tin and does not taste good

Very good, small mussels without hardly any “belly”. Seasoned nicely.
