The part that plugs in to chair is a circle with a lot of holes. Will this one fit?

Not sure. I don't know the brand of my chair but it worked perfectly

The back part of my pride lift chair will not recline the front part still working

maybe your recliner controller can't work well, you need a new one. hope it can help you!

The led of my battery is blinking red. Is it loading? After 2 hours of charge still the buttons of my chair don’t work

I don't have a direct answer for you, however, if you disconnect the power supply from the chair and it turns green it's not the power supply, it's the chair. Something is faulting the power supply such as a bad motor, relay, or button set. I have the same issue with my chair, and it needs to be tested part by part to see what's shorted/open to find the real issue. That's the best help I can give.

Will this work on a real relax?

If the connector of recliner chair supply can fit with your connector of your recliner, it can work well for you!
