This is an awesome product. I was searching for someThing to help with my electrolytes and this gave me the biggest bang for the buck and also acted the fastest when I had muscle spasms

These pills aren’t coated and fall apart easily, especially if they can absorb moisture. You can taste it when you take them and they are nasty. Take with lots of fluid when swallowing to avoid it. But I like how I feel. Way better than an electrolyte drink. I’ve endured being out in very hot and dry heat much better than usual if I take them beforehand. They also work well as a magnesium supplement.

Trace Minerals brand has been around for at least 35 years or longer and has a phenomenal reputation. This Electrolyte Stamina product gave me the endurance that I needed when I was in a slump. The ingredients helped to get me back on track. I have more energy and alertness, and generally just feel better. The leg cramps I was getting a few times a week are gone and have not come back. The tablets are easy to swallow, best taken with room-temperature water.

After years of suffering with leg and foot cramps, I’ve finally found the right combination. I do not take as directed but rather a combination of supplement and electrolyte water. One tablet with any dehydrating liquid (tea,coffee or alcohol). One for one. Followed by at least 8 ounces of vapor distilled water. No more quinine, no more Theraworx because no more cramps!!!

I've run a few obstacle course races every summer for the past several years. When I did my first Spartan race, I felt fine the whole time but started feeling very sick about an hour after. Turns out I was OVER hydrated (hyponatremia). My electrolytes were so low, which made me very sick and could've gotten worse had I not been taken to a walk-in clinic and figured out what was wrong. So, I bought these to take before my next Spartan race at the same venue, and I also brought with me a Camelbak Circuit running vest packed with a couple peanut Lara Bars and Mio electrolyte concentrate to put in my water cups at the water stations. Worked like a charm. Learned my lesson that I need to stay fueled! I've also taken these before other OCRs, 5Ks, and long hikes. I'll continue to use these in preparation for such strenuous activities.

These are great! I tend to get dehydrated quickly living in a desert and I absolutely notice a difference when I'm taking these
