So fun and great quality!
This kit is awesome and a great price from what I've seen at other places. It comes with so much wax and I love the variety of colors. It has been fun to play around with different combinations. The wax melts fast, dries fast, and has held up in the mail! Adding a wax seal really helps to personalize cards/letters and makes it feel really well thought out.

Perfect set for beginers
I have never used a wax sealing kit until today and yet I really enjoyed this starter kit. It has everything you need to practice. The learning curve is minimal if you watch just one or two you tube video's for tips. The colors in this set are bright and vibrant and don't get dull when melted. They melt quickly, completely and blend well when multiple colors are melted together. The tree of life stamp that comes in this kit is just lovely. The impression surface is clean, free of knicks or other imperfections that would be seen in the wax. I planned ahead and ordered some molds and an additional "S" stamp so I could learn doing "free pour" and "mold pour". The wax seals that I made came out with varying thickness both with and without a mold but the impressions were always spot on! The wax coloring pens are also a great addition as they are sooo easy to use on the wax and add pop to your finished impression. I'm definately buying more in different colors. I'm also impressed enough that I'm going to buy slightly bigger molds and more wax as well as the crystal clear glue sticks for melting options as the glue will dry with less flexibility than the wax. I have lots of dried flowers, glitter etc. to use with this kit. Even my son enjoyed watching, helping and chosing our options. There are plenty of colors to practice with and you MUST use at least 3-4 wax pellets to get a good seal but if using molds you'll have to try a few with varying amounts of wax to determine how much wax is needed to fill the mold without causing the wax to spill over the edge when you press the stamp in. I learned quickly to wait a few seconds after pouring before pressing the stamp in. I did several without a mold and they became almost perfect circles. A word of caution... that metal portion of the melting spoon handle gets HOT so be careful when cleaning out the wax (which is easiest to do while the spoon is still pretty hot. I learned that from a few touches...if you're new to wax seals just buy this set, search online for additional stamps & order when ordering this kit and then.... and have fun!! Looking forward to using this to seal my Father's Day cards!

TIPS & CAUTION!
I Purchased this kit both to use the wax seals to actually seal envelopes, but also in the hopes of turning them into stickers, and magnets. Both of which I was able to do. Besides purchasing this kit I also purchased a Dreamcatcher wax seal, a silicone mold that came with sticky dots (for turning them into stickers). sticky magnets. and an extra 20 pack of metallic pins. All of which I Purchased on Amazon. This kit was great though because it had all of the tools necessary to start off. If you are not putting them directly on the item, like an envelope, wax paper works great! I wasn’t sure how well that would work, or if I would like the silicone mold better. They both have their plus and minuses. The silicon mold keeps it in a condensed area, so the seals are thicker. However, I actually prefer the free-flowing way the wax spreads out on the wax paper better. They are thinner though then with the silicon mold ones. Weirdly this kit does not come with any kind of direction whatsoever! And it’s not rocket science or anything, but it would definitely help to know how many pieces of wax are necessary to make a wax seal! I had to just play around with it to find out. Two pieces is not enough for their tree of life seal. You will need at least three pieces. Some I even used four pieces with to have that extra free flow affect that it gave when using the wax paper. I also used four pieces on all of my Dreamcatcher molds, which were slightly larger than the tree of life mold. Here is where the words of CAUTION come in to play. When I was melting my wax I noticed how the wood/metal spoon it’s melted in has metal going part way up the handle. I knew to keep my fingers away from the metal part of the spoon. However, when I just finished pouring some wax, and was rushing to switch the spoon out of my right hand, and grab the wax seal, my pointer finger slipped upwards and I burnt my pointer finger bad! That part of the metal is hot enough for severe burns within a second! And I even knew better and yet it still happened to me. So if you are making these with children I do not recommend letting them do the wax pouring part. Using the wax seal immediately following, would be better for a child to do. You do not have to push down hard with the seal. Just a little light pressure and then you can let go of it and let it cool for a minute, before trying to pull it off of the wax. OH, and before I forget I found it very helpful to sit my wax seals on a frozen cold pack in between using it. It helps the seal come back off the wax easier. I did not use any kind of nonstick spray like I saw some people recommend. So this kit came with a gold and a silver metallic pin. I did purchase 20 other colors. However, I like the way a lot of them came out just using the silver or gold. As you’ll notice some of my wax seals have up to four different colors of wax. So some look so beautiful it only needed a little touch of gold here or there, especially on the tree ones. I did use more colors on some of my other seals just to switch things up, and make a lot of different ones. Someone told me they purchased a wax seal kit, and all their wax seals broke into tons of pieces in the mail. And they were all inside of other envelopes. So I was wondering how easy these would break. I literally tried dropping one on the floor to see what would happen, and nothing! Lol Then I found out something else especially helpful! I did not like the way a few of mine turned out. Especially the ones I did early on where I didn’t use enough pieces of wax. So I became curious if I could melt those back down and make another one. I am happy to report they can be melted down over and over again! In order to put one of the seals that was already made back in the tiny spoon, I had to try to break it into pieces. So I discovered even furthermore that it does not break! I had to rip them into little pieces like I was ripping up plastic. So there must be something in the ingredients of this wax that gives it a stronger plastic texture. Either way I was happy to remelt my duds and make them into prettier seals. I hope all this info helps. I wish I knew it all before I started! And I did not get paid, or given anything for my review! Lol Happy Wax Seal Making!!

Excellent for gifting and for creating gifts!
This wax seal stamp kit is one of my favorite purchases, and it definitely goes a long way. It comes with almost everything you need to use wax seals with the exception of matches and proper cards (more on this in a moment). I think it's a great price for all that comes in the package. The only cons: I didn't find the envelopes useful. One, they're oddly long, and there's no paper or accompanying cards. The colors are very difficult to match with something randomly and are not the most attractive. Basically, one suggested change: different color and size of envelopes and matching cards or paper. It's just a little strange to have the weird envelopes and nothing to go with them. I ended up not being able to use the ones in my kit, so....yeah. On a more positive note, after my purchase, I also bought different wax seal designs, more metallic pens in different colors, and other kinds of wax (though I definitely prefer the beads after trying the sticks, because the sticks are pretty messy) and have used them again and again on cards for special events, such as birthdays and weddings. Adding a wax seal to a gift or to an envelope adds a special, unique touch. I've loved using these and seeing how the seals look with different color combinations. I also love choosing special designs based on events or things people enjoy so that they know that a lot of thought went into everything. This is also a wonderful gift idea, and it's an unexpected gift. In addition, if you have kids or teens who are old enough, helping them create some wax seal designs on cards they'd like to mail would be super fun. I think it's a wonderful idea! Highly recommended! I have recommended this or similar when people ask me for gift ideas for loved ones who are creative and artistic, and typically the gift is very well received.

So much fun!
My stepdaughter loved this. I supervised (she's 12) as it involves an open flame, and I didn't feel like getting a bonus structure fire on Christmas Eve. I'm going to give this 4/5 stars just because of safety - I don't love that the spoon stand (which houses the candle/open flame) is made of wood (and chemically treated wood, at that) - mine had a small defective scrap of wood hanging off the edge on the inside (did not affect use, but caught on fire when I first lit the candle) - I blew it out and peeled it off, but I do think a metal "flame housing" would be smarter. Also, the spoon does not sit evenly on the rest, so the wax isn't 100% level in the spoon. The metal on the spoon didn't flake or peel in the heat, so I was glad to see that! Anyway, we had SOOOO much fun mixing wax cube colors and using the enclosed stamp, everything was decent quality for the price and I can't wait to use this for my wedding invitations later this year (we totally got this as a practice run). I'm going to buy her some more stamp heads to use. Recommend!

Love this kit! Furnace & tools are excellent!
Works better than I expected! Bought this for the tea light furnace but was pleasantly surprised the tools included surpassed the quality of a different wax seal set I was gifted. I would recommend getting some sort of fireproof or fire retardant base to set the furnace & candle on as they get hot. Also if you're making wax seals first then gluing them onto your packaging, I recommend pouring them onto a flat silicone base. You can get away with wax paper but you only get 1 use out of it before the wax coating comes off on the paper that prevents your wax from sticking to it. Plus the silicone helps the wax spread out less giving you nicer looking seals. I was initially worried about the tea lights provided as a read a review stating theirs only last 10 seconds before burning out. Don't know how good the wick is yet, but the photo attached of a tea light is mine after my 15 minute session which the candle did not burn out during so the candles aren't as bad as I anticipated. Wipe the bottom of ladle with a paper towel while the wax is hot for easy cleanup between pours and so the wax doesn't drip onto your candle. The wax is vibrant in color and durable. This wax does not crack easy; it has some flexibility before cracking. I made a mistake on one of my pours and had to fold the wax seal completely in half after and tear it to force it to break in half so I could repurpose the wax. I recommend cutting the hardened wax with scissors instead of trying to break it; it will be much easier because that's how flexible this wax is. My first photo shows my seals in the blue color (the Wolf stamp does not come with this kit; i purchased it separately).

Melting wax seal making kit
This is a really great kit. Has 24 different colors of wax/plastic pellets. The wooden handle is very sturdy and well made, the metal impressions stamp is very well made and makes a beautiful impression onto the melted wax. The little wooden and metal base that you put the tea light on and the little wooden handled metal spoon if you will that goes on top that you melt the pellets in is of quality made. Make sure that your tea light which uses actual real fire does not get too close to the wood or it could burn it. It won't catch on fire but it'll make black burnt marks. Keep the flame centered in the middle of this little base so that your fire flame comes up the middle of it as you're melting the pellets into this little handled pot if you will. Once you pour the melted wax/plastic onto whatever surface you're making like a card, envelope, journal page, etc., you must use the impression stamp right away because the wax will cool quickly. They do provide you some envelopes which is really nice. This is a very nice kit especially for a beginner. It would make a great gift to anyone that wants to do creative journaling, scrapbooking, card making etc. Good quality for the money. It has a little silk bag that holds accessories. I do recommend this.

This is a great starter kit for beginners!
This comes with everything you need to start learning how to make wax seals. I had never done them before and this kit made it super easy to learn. The stamp is very detailed so I worried about it not turning out but it has come out perfectly every time. The metallic pens don't dry fast so be sure to blot it gently with some paper towel or tissue if you are going to be handling it. Only complaint is that the tea light candles are super thin so they burn out fast. Overall, this is a very well though out starter kit. It is the perfect gift for the crafty person in your life.
