Great socks, wear well, comfortable, good value

Second time purchasing. Bought these a few years ago and they have lasted a long time. Comfortable with the cushioning and happy to see that the price is still similar compared to a few years ago. Value for money.

Compré esto producto porque Asics tiene gran fama de ser muy cómodos y muy útiles en cuanto a performance a la hora de Correr. Pues bien, he decir que había tenido problemas con mis actuales calcetas cortas y mi calzado ya que dependiendo de la distancia y la ruta que tomara, era posible que pudiera tener algunas ligeras llagas en la planta de los pies derivado del constante roce entre estos elementos y mi pie, y con este par todo estuvo perfecto. Cuando te los calzas tienes una impresión de que no es tan suave o tan cómodo como algunos otros modelos o marcas, no se como explicarlo, aunque nada como para decir que son realmente molestos/incómodos. Cuando corrí con ellos no los sentí diferentes, ni sentí problemas en la planta de mis pies. Cuando termine de correr puff, cero marcas, cero rastro de algún enrojecimiento, todo perfecto. He de decir que quede encantado y por supuesto puedo recomendarlos ampliamente. Nota: Pedí medianos porque en realidad me gusta no tan justo, y he de decir que quedaron cortos pero con el ajuste perfecto. Calzo en tennis del numero 25.5, 26 MX dependiento del calzado.

Update: I’ve been using this socks for a few years and I like them. I just wish that the material in the heals was a little thicker. The heal is the point of failure in the socks, with the material eventually degrading for threadbare. The slick polyester feel goes away after a few washes, resulting in less foot sweating. However I do change these socks about twice a day total to reduce foot sweating. Perhaps a different sock will be better for a foot sweater, or perhaps frequent sock changes is a burden we must accommodate in life. :) If you’re a men’s size 10 or larger, I’d recommend size XL. They shrink a bit upon washing a few times, and XL will be best in the long run. (Unless you like a really tight sock) Original review: I was looking for all-black athletic socks that wouldn't distract from the design of my shoe. There's a small non-black detail on the top of the sock (which is not shown in the picture), but when I have the shoe on it's not visible. Therefore, these do satisfy that purpose. However, the socks have a polyester feel, which makes them very smooth, but my feet sweat more as a result. I think I need a sock with more cotton in it. I'll have to keep looking. I also tried Champion socks but their material is too rough and uncomfortable. In these ASICS, I got the XL and they fit well, especially after a first wash. I am a 10.5 wide shoe. XL is the size I'd recommend for that shoe. I hate when the sock gets too small for my foot.

Just the right amount of padding make these socks great for wearing during workouts, heading out for a run, or in my more casual summer slip-ons. The simple, white only design make these more discrete than the other sport socks with coloured uppers. Excellent socks. Excellent comfort.
