Esay to take care
This is the best cast iron wok I have ever used. Easy to take care of, 28cm is just right for a family of three. A little thin, but light. The only problem is that the mouth of this pot is on the left, which is inconsistent with the picture when I bought it, which is inconvenient.

followed the instruction and work like a champ
Early usage should avoid steaming or other use lot of water as the oil built up on the surface will get lost. The instruction come with the box is in Japanese but you can download the English version from the web site.

Man sollte die Pfanne nicht schlagartig erhitzen oder abkühlen, dann bleibt der Boden auch eben. Im Geschirrspüler hat sie auch nichts zu suchen. Habe die Pfanne vor Gebrauch im Backofen eingebrannt, sprich mit Leinöl eingerieben (innen) und ohne den abnehmbaren Griff auf 250°C aufgeheizt, danach im geschlossenen Backofen auskühlen lassen. Jetzt hat sie ihre "Antihaftbeschichtung". Funktioniert super um z.B. Udon-Nudeln mit Gemüse anzubraten oder Bratreis zu machen.
