Roux Fanci-full Rinse #13 Chocolate Kiss

I have very dark brown hair and now in my late 40's am developing a white streak. I don't dye my hair and am ok with going natural, but the streak looks a bit crazy. This does a great job of taking the edge off. I apply it to dry hair, just the streak, with a cotton pad. It provides enough coverage, not total coverage, but enough to make it look more like a medium brown highlight vs. a stark white streak. It does seem to fade out over the course of the day, but not completely. I wear my hair in a bun for work, so don't touch it and it doesn't move. I also don't use any products like hairspray. By the next day it is basically completely out. It doesn't come out on my pillowcase, thankfully. And washes out completely when I wash my hair. Best thing about this product is it does not show on the skin. So when I apply, if I get some on my forehead or scalp, it doesn't seem to adhere or stain, so no skin discoloration where applied. Also, it has a very mild, pleasant scent and leaves hair feeling smoothe and moisturized. Works perfect for my needs.

I have used Roux Fanciful Color Rinse before with success. This purchase was for a different color. I have had no issues with this product. Many reviewers state that this is very messy to use. While this "can" be true I have found that the messiness is primarily due to "user error". It is all in the application. Squeezing excess moisture from the hair is an important first step. I found that applying a small amount on small sections of your hair and working it in each time works very well. Applying it through all of your hair at once it will be messy. Using the less is more method is an effective way to go. So the messy application can definitely be avoided. I have been very pleased with Roux Fanciful Color Rinse and will continue to use for more shiny and vibrant color.

I know this is a quality product but it spilled out in the box. It was barely a half a bottle.

This does a good job of covering my grey hair, and it has none of the harsh chemicals that are in hair dye. it is easy to use, and you can just touch up your hair after shampooing as often as it needs it. The more you use it, the more color that it adds. I think that it also makes my hair thicker and maybe even shinier as well. the main problem I have with this is that it is runny when you put it on, and it will dribble down and over your face and neck while you are trying to get enough on. What I ended up doing , was getting one of those small spray bottles, and I put the coloring in the bottle and then just spray it on a bit at a time and massage it into my hair. This does a great job, is easy to do, and helps to touch up the areas that need it most. One bottle has lasted me several months, so it is long-lasting as well as better for your hair.

It goes in easily for the needed areas. Stays in longer than Iexpected. I appreciate that very much!! Color I chose is perfect and natural looking.

I have been coloring my hair for years to cover the grey(and, at this point, some white too). I have recently become fed up with the expense and inconvenience of coloring my hair. Since Silver and grey hair is now in style I would like to let it grow natural but I would prefer not to have a grey stripe growing down my head as it grows out. I bought this product hoping it would temporarily cover they grey while it grew out without permanently coloring the undyed roots. I was very dissapointed with my results with this product. It did not cover the grey roots, merely darkened them slightly. It might work to cover up a few stray grey hairs but will not hide significant amounts of grey. Also, it took forever to dry my hair once I had applied it. Normally it takes me about 8 minutes to blow dry my hair on low. With this product in my hair it took about 20 minutes on high before it was dry. I would not recommend letting it dry naturally (which I tried first) as it was drying very stiff and clumpy.

I got this because my roots are so grown out due to being inside for months with the quarantine. My hair is usually colored blonde but my roots have grown out about 6 inches so I just used this at the top of my head to even out the So I just squeezed this on to my roots and bangs to even out the color, over a sink, and then dabbed it along the hairs on the side of my face that are grown out totally gray with a dark washcloth, and I think it works great I haven't shampooed it out yet but it is great until I can get to beauty shop. I bought a bottle with an angled nozzle on it but I didn't use it because there's a very fine hole at the top of this bottle and since I was just dabbing and rubbing it into my scalp it worked fine.
