Can they go in owen? Thank you

Yes the trays can go in the oven but the cardboard lids can not. The lids need to be removed before putting in the oven.

what is the capacity?

The approximate capacity for these trays are 600ml.

Are the lids silvered on one side? If not, the liquid will soak through...

The lids I supply with mine do not have silver on one side. Both sides are white.

Just to confirm are this 50 sets (50 containers +50lids) or 100 sets?
