AZO Urinary Tract Defense Antibacterial Protection 24 Count

Omg. Get it. So. I take a medication that makes me more susceptible to UTIs. Cry face. But I need the med so anyway, last time I got one, I immediately started taking probiotics and cranberry pills, drinking lots of water; unfortunately I needed antibiotics. BUT- they didn’t work!! I still had the terrible pain and burn, I was taking the little red tablets that mask the pain just to get by, but it wasn’t healed. Another round of a different antibiotic- STILL DIDNT WORK. I went through TWO MONTHS of a constant UTI until I took a test so they could see a list of which antibiotics I’m resistant to susceptible to, the 3rd one finally worked. But after 2+ months which is obvi not good. If you’re still reading! Since that nightmare 3 months ago, I have been taking probiotics, cranberry pills, AND D-Mannose which helps flush bacteria from the urinary tract. I was good until all of a sudden this week- that feeling: i knew with dread it was coming. And it did again, so suddenly that even tho I immed took the small red burn pain relief pills I had; I had chills, nausea and was shaking while sweating. So, the worst possible UTI. Thanks for coming along this far, anyways I started popping the probiotics and cranberry pills again as many as I could stomach and drinking all the water. But it persisted through the next 48 hrs though those symptoms were relieved with the red pills. Finally we get to our point- day 3 I received THIS product- same brand as the other but I saw that it had an anti bacterial active ingredient in addition to simply relieving the pain. IT WORKED!!!! I cancelled my Dr appt. Didn’t have to take antibiotics and I’m astounded and now have them on Subscribtion. If you’ve tried everything including resistant antibiotics (that are also so bad for our good gut bacteria) GET THESE. I’m at day 5 now with 2 days feeling fine but I’m still taking a few a day just in case. I’m going to keep them on hand an take them at the first sign of the devilish infection. This product is superior to any other urinary care product I have tried and worth the money. It works right away and makes a very noticeable difference. It doesn't discolor urine as some OTC products do. It shouldn't be used as a replacement for antibiotics, but it can reduce the bacteria contributing to UTI symptoms temporarily.

This stuff actually works pretty good even though I needed a combination of other things as well to help getting another UTI and not having this definitely took a lot longer to get rid of so I do believe that these made a huge difference on the timeframe it took for it to take to get rid of the UTI infection. Value for money 100% . side effects. I didnt have any. This is also the first time I use them so definitely highly recommend. I’m actually ordering another package right now.

I started take this while traveling to combat a UTI until I could get to our destination and find an urgent care. Turns out that this was so effective that my symptoms all but disappeared. The UC doctor was ineffective, so I kept taking this and drank a LOT to flush everything out. Eventually, the UTI symptoms were gone, I just had to deal with blood in the urine, which, too, ceased. By the time I got to my regular doctor, was "UTI free". Like any medication, take at your own risk. One thing to note is it contains aspirin for the pain relief factor. Aspirin is a blood thinner so if you are already taking a blood thinner, you must adjust your dosage. I had a bug bite that I scratched and it bleed like I had struck an artery. Also, do not give to children because of the risk of Reyes Syndrome.

Seem to keep UTIs away. Time will tell. Problem: only 28 tabs, why not at least 30? Also, not a fan of the red dye.

US doctors seem to be unaware that a urinary antiseptic exists, so this is the only way most of us will get it. This functions only in the bladder. If the bacteria has ascended into the ureters or kidneys, it will not work.

After turning 30 I realized I was getting UTI’s back to back. Even though I drank water daily like 8 cups daily… it would still occur after a month and some change. Kept having to go to plan parent hood for antibiotics. This required taking off from work scheduling an apt every month and a half.. like I know what it is can you just send a prescription!? But no we need a urine sample first then prescription. after a while the antibiotics started taking other affects like clearing up UTI but now I’m constipated or something else.. these are great! Took 3 times a day and was thriving. No uti detected at next doctors apt. I will just be doing these from now on along with shots of raw cranberry juice and my daily 40 Oz of water. It’s been smooth sailing honestly. I’ve not had to see a doctor for it since getting these. You minds well just sign up for the prescription monthly.
