Just about the only inhaler that provides relief from a stuffy nose, been using for many years.

I have been using these products for years. It cleared my nose, and I had no issues or reactions. I tried another product, a spray, and that irritated my nostrils after 2 or 3 days. I went back to Benzedrex.

I use it at night before going to bed, and it keeps my sinus clear thru the night. It does get weaker as you use it though.
