My water jug was looking increasingly limescale-y and naff, so when I was looking to replace it I came across this. The initial draw was it would be great to not have a big water jug sitting on the side. When it arrived it was bigger than I expected, but I soon got used to it. Attaching this to my tap was easy, and the water difference was huge. I've used the brand name water jug and filters for many years, and could taste the difference between my tap water and my filtered water. It tasted like filtered water. But with this, it doesn't taste of anthring. I think that's telling. After a few months of use it's still working well and the filter life is fantastic.

Great product. Really notice the difference in the water. I’m in West London. Easy to fit and replacing the cartridges is super easy. I had a little problem with it but customer services (Doreen in particular) were amazing and sent a new one out right away.

I have been using filter jugs for as long as I can remember but whilst the TDS ppm was relatively low, the taste was metallicy probably from the magnesium that’s in it and was getting worse, regardless how often I would change the filter and descale my kettle. I wanted to try something new but as I’m not a plumber to put something within the pipes before the taps. I came across this filter that attaches to the faucet. It came in a sealed box, with individual compartments for the components and easy to understand instructions. It was easy to fit but as my faucet is old, it was slightly leaking but after adding the supplied plumbers tape, it stopped leaking. The appearance of this filter is really nice. Not too big you cannot get anything underneath it. Compatibility with my mixer faucet was great, as you are supplied with two adapters, male and female, depending on your faucet thread. You can use the filter area for cold water, turn the lever and get water, both hot and cold through the non filter section. So, here’s what you might want to know. My unfiltered water direct from the tap was 290ppm on my TDS meter and 215ppm after it filtered into my jug. With my new faucet filter. 258ppm TDS and filtered into my jug was 175ppm. Yes the figures has improved immensely but the best thing, is the taste of the water brewed for a cup of tea. It tasted so clean. No metallic or bad taste. Just virtually pure clean water. Very good quality product and works well easily installed, nice tasting water no chlorine. Strangely though many times I buy a product on Amazon a few days later the price is reduced, do they do that to piss you off?

Really pleased with this water filter. While it isn’t extremely cheap at base value, comparatively to other brands it is great and it actually works and isn’t just a silly gimmick. It is really well made and the water tastes great. The size is quite big for our medium sink, however you can just move the faucet out of the way and it is quite versatile with how it can twist and turn to be able to get things in the sink while having it on the faucet. You just turn the lever to turn the filtering on and off making it super easy to use. It’s not very heavy and my tap can withhold the weight. Thus far the water filtering has been great. I’ve been using it for about a week and it takes the edge off of the taste of water. I did struggle with the faucet adapters and contacted customer service where Krystal was fantastic. They gave me good advice and suggested trying different adapters. I bought new adapters and the water filter fixed to the tap nicely. Thank you Krystal for your amazing customer service, they really went above and beyond to give me a good experience and offered me some complimentary water filters for the trouble with the adapters. It’s really easy to set up and the box comes with easy to follow instructions. Waterdrops company really takes pride in ensuring that you get sorted out and to give you a good experience. Thank you!

Connection to my kitchen tap was achieved by unscrewing the small aerator at the end of the tap. The diameter of the tap matched a £1 coin and the threaded end of my tap fitted the connector for the Waterdrop filter which screwed into place finger tight with no problem and no leaks. The water produced by the filter tastes good and my next cup of tea tasted better than before. This water filter is easy to use and better than the plastic jug filter I used before. The insructions are clear but most important is the size of your tap to fit the Waterdrop filter connector.

Easy to fit and a good quality product. Do check that your tap is compatible - the rest is easy. Instantly tasted the difference in the water. The filter is also very easy to change.

Straight forward to fit once the little aerator bit on the end of the tap taken off, changed from a brita jug. tap about 10 yrs old, water taste noticeably nicer. Forgot about it :) 6 months later my night time water tasted a bit odd, time for refills :) a bit pricy but haven't tried any others so maybe you get what you pay for ?

Dopo un'attenta verifica di tutti i filtri acqua al rubinetto disponibili, ho scelto questo in quanto l'unico veramente tutto in acciaio (altri in acciaio, ma con parti anche in plastica). Installazione semplicissima, ho dovuto solo acquistare a parte un adattatore rubinetto/filtro da 2 euro in ferramenta, in quanto i 2 forniti, in ottone zincato e non in platica, ottimi anche questi, non andavano bene per il mio rubinetto. Il filtro funziona perfettamente ed anche se sono solo 2 giorni, devo dire che si sente la differenza nell'acqua da bere. Ringrazio per tutte le recensioni, di questo e degli altri prodotti, che mi hanno veramente aiutato a fare la mia scelta. Difatti, un paio di filtri venduti come tutto acciaio, solo grazie alle recensioni ho potuto vedere che avevano parti in plastica, tra l'altro con una pellicola argentata che dopo poco si e' consumata e perdeva pezzi che andavano a finire nell'acqua.

Construction solide en inox. Très bonne ergonomie. L'eau s'écoule relativement rapidement compte tenu de la filtration.

Erano i filtri d'acqua potabile che rende il gusto dolce della acqua da rubinetto di casa. È veramente piacevole e anche evita e riduce inquinamento causato dalle bottiglie di plastica nell'ambiente. Era facile da sostituire. Il costo era abbordabile. Vale la pena a provarlo.
