Can anyone recommend a good second tier to fit this or explain how to get a KSA7500 to fit properly (the square tube appears to be too big)?

I was able to get KSA7500 to fit by taking 1" PVC pipe pieces, slightly sanding 4 flat spots on pipe to square fit tubing with nice tight fit, and then just tap in pvc into tubing. KSA fits right in ID of pvc. Is sturdy in combination with cross brace of KSA

What is the lowest height after adjustment?

Adjustable height: 23"~35 1/4"Adjustable width: 24 1/2"~40"It seems pretty accurate when I put it on the lowest seems to be about 2 feet tall

How much weight will this hold?

I can not say how much having not tested it, however, it is the sturdiest stand I have ever seen. It does not wobble, it is well built and we have a full keyboard that weighs about 50 lbs. I have leaned on it like a walker to test its strength and while I won't say what I weight but it's over 100 lbs. There are 2 mechanisms that hold the arms in place. A screw and a push pin. I would say you can put a very heavy instrument on it.
