Never fumble for your keys again!
This lock is exactly what I hoped it was. The aged bronze finish matches my door perfectly and installation was amazingly easy. The directions are in very small type font, but are precise and clear. The only head-scratcher was how to lock the door manually from outside, which was not explained on any of the installation instructions. Once again, all hail the internet, where I learned that you simply hold any number key for 2 seconds and it locks.The biometric fingerprint feature performs flawlessly. I don't know if rain will effect it. My doorway is sheltered by a porch, so it's a moot point for me.I don't understand the reasoning behind giving friends or family members their own personal codes. As far as I can tell these are not data logged so there's little apparent value added.Setting up a single use code might be handy, you decide.Leave your house key at home when you go for a run or bike ride!Great looking, great performing, great value!

No warning of battery life or other issues 🤬
This device gave us NO WARNING OF ISSUES!It was working fine, my family was loving the easy entry. Then without warning it stopped. We received no warning of an issue with the battery. We replaced the battery and still not working!!! I'm so thankful it happened while we were home and didn't come home and unable to get in. Get the one with the KEY!!!

Not dependable
Although this is easy to install and program I am on my second one as the first had an intermittent issue of just being totally dead as in not responding to any button selection or reading the fingerprint. Not even a beep. Now the replacement is doing the same thing. Even though the manufacturer provided a 30 year warranty I have waited months for any response to any of the emails I sent as they don't have a phone number for contacting them. Best advice is to stay away from this brand. Not worth the effort to keep getting a replacement when you got to do the labor and break in your own home to open the door. At least find a brand that has a physical key so if the electronics fail you can still open the lock. This model doesn't have that option. But when it's not glitching it works well but I need something that works 100 percent of the time

Works great and great price
Easy to install and program. Fingerprint reader works about 90% of the time for my husband and me. The fingerprint reader does not work for my kids, I guess because their fingers are so small or maybe we just aren't working slow enough. We installed this lock on all of our doors. With the auto lock function I don't have to worry about whether or not the doors are locked. The only negative is the batteries seemed to wear down quickly after just two months. But that could be related to having the auto lock function on.

Great lock! Easy to use and install
Easy to install and use. The fingerprint reader is pretty good although it's best to use a clean and dry finger, otherwise it doesn't work. Has been installed for about 16 months now with no issues. I wish I'd bought two as they are now (10/22) unavailable on Amazon.

Stay away from this lock.
I purchased this lock 7 months ago and figure I can honestly review it now.It was very easy to install and set up, but that's the only good thing about it.It goes through batteries like mad, despite them saying they will last a year. In 7 months I had to change the batteries 5 times and they always die without any low battery warning and someone gets locked out.My lock is no longer working, even with fresh batteries, and I have contacted them for a warranty replacement. We'll see if I get a response.Update: 4-2-2022After contacting the seller and describing my situation they sent me out a new lock. I received it today, we'll see if this one eats batteries and dies.

Works great!
Works great, easy setup! Stored all of my family's fingerprints. The fingerprint reader is finicky when it's cold out, other than that it's perfect!

No key
Not 2 state the obvious but the batteries died in one month w no warning as stated. it works now and we have a fail safe if we get locked out
