No it does not come with any fuses.

It had 3 negative posts. i need 4. can i stack two negative connections. solar charger and dc to dc charge on one post?

If you are talking about a common ground and the bus bar is connected to ground, you can stack multiple ground connections to any of the three posts. However, I suggest you seek some advice from someone locally if you are unfamiliar with electricity and solar power, because I may not fully understand your question.

Is it compatible with 24v system?

Most likely it would be totally fine, depending on the amperage draw. Learn ohms law if you aren't familier. If you need 30 Amps of 24volt, you would use a 12 volt fuse rated for 15 Amps.

My batteries are 24V; will this work for a 24V system?

It doesn't matter, 12V and 24V are ok.

W350 Cummins fuse box

Best fuse box you an buy, i deleted all my fusible likes on my w350 and used this. Handles everything no problem, and I never have to worry about wiring again, thanks blue sea!

Great fuse box!

As is typical of BlueSea, this is an excellent product. I used this to clean up and organize the wiring in my trailer. The high-amp circuits are great for my DC/DC charger, solar charger, and main converter line. Expensive, but worth it for the quality and simplicity.
