My streamer came with two knots in the ribbon. Is that supposed to be that way?

I don't think so, but I am not not 100%. I just know that knots turn up very easily. I need to remove knots while or after my soon to be 3 year old has used it. It's the material. Every time it wraps around the stick it does it. I guess it will change when my son plays differently with it. Need to be a little older. I don't mind it. I like that it is silk. He loves playing with it and watches the colours and streamer doing it's thing.

The streamer silk is 1 inch wide and that width allows for just the right action when played.

Is this product made of real silk?

The streamer fabric is absolutely made of 100% silk.

Will the dye come off or is it permanent? I ask because I plan to use it as a cat toy (he loves shredding streamers }:3 )

We dye these with child safety tested dyes and then they are thoroughly rinsed, no dye comes off! Enjoy!
