I am allergic to almost every hospital dressing that has adhesive. I'm in hospital often, and have cannulas frequently. No matter what's tried, I always end up with a bleeding rash. Micropore, steristrip, cannula dressing, all of it. Hypafix was recommended so I ordered a roll. I'm so pleased! I've worn a large piece on the inside of my elbow for about five hours, and only had a small red mark. No itching, burning, or rash. I'm delighted! Excited about a hospital dressing, I know, it's daft. But it's such a relief to find something! The tape itself is on the roll, with two paper strips protecting it. You can use these as guidelines to cut it into strips, or use the full width of it for a larger dressing. It's white, stretchy and soft. The adhesive stayed in place perfectly, but doesn't feel very sticky. It peeled off easily. There's a large amount of it too. I'll be cutting a strip to keep sealed, and take it with me next appointment. Obviously it's also very useful to have at home. Very happy to recommend.
