Review: Product was damaged due to being shoved into a (too) small box by the seller - This review is all about the seller. The product is wonderful - always has been. The product was forced into a box that was too small. They were intentionally bent to fit. The marshmallow treats are too delicate to be treated this way. Half of the cake was smashed into the individual envelope that housed it. Purchase the product from someone else.

Amazon truck delivery is terrible!
These cookies are delicious, but if Amazon trucks are in charge of delivery you will have to wait and wait….they use “weather conditions” as their excuse. Amazon needs to use UPS only.

Amazon packaging fail but tasty treat
Arrived smashed into box most of the snowballs smashed thing is I think they would fit in the box diagonally 🤦♂️

Out of date product.
Received my order promptly. Both boxes were 3 months out of date, product was flat, not fluffy. Can't return food.

Bought 2 boxes. 1 was smashed and tasted like some sort of cleaner was spilled on it. Both boxes were out of date. Had to throw them out.
