Simplicity Women's Adult Classic Elastic 3 or 4 Layered Tulle Tutu Skirt

So excited to wear this with different things. It's stretchy and fits well. Bonus it does not have any type of smell which is such a relief! I would buy from this company again!

My daughter needed a green tutu for a talent show and this worked perfectly. She is 5'2, normally wears a juniors extra small or girls 14 and it fit her perfectly. It went almost to her knees. I tried it on too, I'm 5'9, 165lbs, women's size 10 or medium, and it fit me as well. The picture is of me wearing it. On me it went just below the butt. The skirt has 3 layers of tulle so it poofs out nicely. The only thing I didn't like is that the layers aren't sewn onto the waist band, they drape over it with a satin material on top to keep them separated. It's a little annoying that you have to arrange the layers every time you take it off, but for the price, we'll deal with it. Other tutus I looked at were double the price.

I purchased this to wear as part of my R2-D2 Halloween Costume. The color and length were just right. I also appreciated the satin layer. It provided an extra layer of modesty when I wore the costume to work plus blocked the view of the tucked in shirt over leggings - instead gave a nice, continuous look. It was a little snug (hence the 4 stars for comfort), but overall worked well.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter to wear as part of her costume. She is 11 years old, 70 pounds, and 4'8". The skirt fit her well and falls at a modest level as far as tutus go. It also fit my teenage daughter who is a size 0, 104 pounds, and 5'3" also it easily fit my other daughter who is a size 11 or 12 in juniors, 130 lbs and 5'. I would have given it a 5 star review if it hadn't arrived in a sealed plastic bag smelling so awful that I almost threw it out. I'm glad I didn't. It is see through, but I expected that since it is a tutu. PROS: Fit a wide range of sizes from a child's 10/12, women's size 0, and junior size 12. The color is as expected; a vibrant orange. It is well sewn with good elastic in the waist. I like the length. Very full skirt. CONS: It arrived smelling very strongly like fish. It was extremely unpleasant. I let it air out on a hanger in the garage for a day and the smell dissipated.

I was hesitant to buy these at first due to all the terrible reviews about the smell but went ahead and purchased them and they were perfect! When I first received them, I hardly smelled anything but the longer they stayed in the package the more they did take on the fishy smell. So I just left them out of the package and used Febreeze on them. They’re cute and layered and perfect for a run! Had no issues with the sizing or waistband - they appear to be fit for all body types. For the price it’s a great product!

I was concerned about this fitting me as so many of them aren't large enough, and I was at the upper edge of the estimated size for this. However, it not only fit, but it had plenty of stretch to be comfortable and look good on me. It appears pretty sheer, but I wasn't worried about that because I was wearing it over leggings.

I'll preface this by saying I was wearing this under a very short minidress, to act as a petticoat. The price was right on this, but unfortunately, due to the one-size-fits-all aspect of this, it kept sliding down to reveal too much of itself. A little petticoat sticking out under a dress is cute but when it's a lot, it's not flattering. This will work well on dresses that aren't mini/too short dresses. For reference, I am a US Women's size 4. Update: I updated from 3 stars to 5 star review because they refunded my money and let me keep the item after seeing my review above.
