DAP 12346 Drydex 5.5 Oz Raw building material, 5.5-Ounce, PINK/WHITE

Very good product

I paid 30$ from amazon it is sold at wal mart for 10$ .... good product but thru Amazon it cost triple ...

So, eons ago when I lived with my parents, my dad had a large tub of this and showed me how to use it and I was impressed with how easily it spread. At that time it did not have the fade from pink. Though the years, after having moved out and rented several apartments, I have picked up these 1/2 pints here and there and they have never failed me when it came to filling holes or dents. It spreads easily, the pink fade to white is really useful, and has a smooth finish before sanding. Recently there have been a few dings that have showed up in the apartment and not wanting to pay a large amount to the rental company, I ordered this spackle and it works beautifully, as always. This is my go-to spackle when it comes to getting my deposit back with dings and dents in drywall.

The Drydex in the 1/2 pint container was great! It was moist, went on easily, dried fast, sanded easily and took paint very well with no primer needed. It did a great job. The DryDex in the tube was dry and hard like putty. Almost impossible to squeeze out of the tube. Called DryDex asking if there was a way to get it out easier. They said that Amazon may be sending out products that are too old. Had to throw the tube in the garbage.

The container came broken in two spots and was almost fully dry inside. When I went to try to do a replacement for damaged/defective, it said I had to go to the returns page but when I go there, it says it doesn't qualify for a return. Also, the box it came in had no damage to it so this was clearly packaged like this.

I loved using this product because it was pink and you can see how it dries knowing when it’s done if I need to fix any other holes in my house this is the thing I would definitely buy again for sure
