I typed, slippers made in America, but not so sure these are. Where are they made?

Is there really anything fully made in America anymore though?

Is it legal to advertise something as "suede" and "shearling" when it's all man-made materials?

It says synthetic skin suede in the materials section, so they are probably squared away.

I bought a pair of size 15 for my husband less than one year ago and the sole has come loose from the shoe at the toe.Can I get a refund or another?
