Quick and easy to install and noticeably better tasting water immediately after. I think the under sink system is great value for the money vs the constant cost of monthly filter changes with a pitcher filter. Plus less plastic waste and microplastics. Satisfied so far.

Excellent replacement for an older undercounter filter.
A high-quality product that is easy to install on an existing undercounter filter tap. An additional connector was required and can easily be obtained from a phone Number in the instructions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding product – even more outstanding customer service I ordered Waterdrop’s under-the-sink municipal water system 10UA-UF, and from day one I was impressed. The installation was very easy, the instructions were clear and well thought out, and the overall concept is excellent. The impact on water taste was immediately noticeable — fresh, clean, and pleasant — all while maintaining full water pressure, which was very important to me. After a short time, however, the included filter clogged and the water pressure dropped dramatically. I reached out to Waterdrop’s support team, expecting the usual back-and-forth that so many companies put customers through. What followed was one of the best customer care experiences I’ve had in a very long time. After a few quick troubleshooting steps — where we ruled out piping issues and municipal water pressure — Waterdrop took responsibility and acted immediately. They issued a free replacement filter, which arrived within just a couple of days. Even more impressive: after I had already installed the new filter, the customer care team proactively reached out again to confirm that everything was working properly. I was happy to give them positive feedback. Yes, I had a product issue — but it was handled in such a professional, friendly, and customer-first way that it actually left me smiling. There was no arguing, no finger-pointing, and I was never put in the position of having to defend myself — something that happens far too often with other companies.
