The media could not be loaded.  I'm using the ab roller a lot lately and the pushup bars to gain some strength back form years of not working out. Slowly but surely trying to create a habit more so than trying to focus and getting ripped.The kit is not bad for the price. I do have another roller for upstairs but didn't want to bring it down every time. The roller itself is very stable with the wide leg width and the pushup bars have an incline that makes a bit easier to position myself.I haven't used the jump rope or the resistant bands but will come in handy sooner or later! Great way to start off the year with healthier lifestyle 😄👍

It is too light and weak to exercise everyday. The shape only looks good, but it is not really helpful for exercise. One by one, it seems necessary for exercise, but considering the performance, I didn't have to buy it. I think it would have been better to buy only what is needed.

The push up handles broke right away in the first time of use,the elastic band is so tiny that I cannot used to work out at the end of the day I gave it to my kids. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

I really like that this set is easy to use and the instructions are included. Being portable and lightweight, it makes it simple to get a daily workout in.

The quality is solid. Best workout accessories for the money.

Pushup bar scratch pads/ grippers for bottom fall of easy. They still work only gave 3 stars bc of push-up handles
