how long does it take for the chromium to help in weight loss? I have been taking it for a month and have not seen any effects yet.

To be honest, I never really noticed any significant weight loss while using Chromium Picolinate, regardless of the brand. And I have been taking 200 mcg daily of various brands for several years now. I take it just to help maintain "safe" blood glucose levels since everything is so sugar laced these days. And there are several good studies that substantiate the effectiveness of it for this role.
