I have natural 3b/3c hair. I slept on regular cotton pillow cases for years because no one in my family knew how to care for curly hair. My aunt was the only one who also had it and she just wore her hair short and brushed it 😬 I straightened my hair all my life-except in the 80’s/90’s when it was cool to have crunchy curly hair-until my mid 30’s when I got sick and couldn’t stay on my feet long enough to do the ridiculously long straightening routine. I have a lot of hair and it’s long. The first 3 things I did were to put leave in conditioner in it after a shower, start sleeping with it in a loose pineapple on top of my head and get a satin pillow case. I prefer to sleep on an L shaped pillow due to back/hip issues so I was elated to find this L shaped satin case! I noticed right away that it felt so nice on my face. My face just slides right across it when I move. There’s no tugging on my skin so I don’t need to worry about the case pulling and creating wrinkles. I used to wake up in the morning with my hair as frizzy as Janis Joplin. Not anymore! I wake up with my hair frizz and knot free. I just let it down spritz it with some water and a little bit more leave in conditioner (my hair is dry and so thirsty!) and I look as good as I did on wash day. I bought my first case 5 years ago and I just replaced it a few weeks back. I’ll be honest, I’m not great about following washing instructions so it would have probably lasted longer if I had followed them. The fabric is nice and thick but it started getting little balls on it because I’m lazy. Even so, I’ve replaced my pillow several times and am only just now replacing the pillow cover. I’ve actually bought different colors to go with different bed sets now. I love the L pillow so much that I put one on my guest bed; so that bed has to have a matching pillow case too. I swear by these pillow cases. As long as they are making them I’ll be buying them!

This is really nice quality for the price. I really like the ‘envelope’ at the end to help keep my boomerangs pillow from slipping out during the night. I have washed it several times and it seems to hold up quite well. I appreciate that it came in several colors to coordinate with my bedding.

This is absolutely one of the most softest silkiest pillow covers I've ever had, it fits perfectly with my v-shaped pillow and I love it so much. I couldn't imagine any other different pillowcase than this One. Plus it matches my decor so super glad I found it :)

I have never cared for satin sheets but thought a satin cover for my new body-pillow would be a nice touch for my "refurbished" bed (new mattress and sheets and pillows on my old but like-new sleigh bed). Well it does look nice but I did not foresee one thing. The same quality that makes satin alluring, its smooth and slick surface also makes the darn thing pop out from under me and slid right off the bed to the floor. While i find this hilarious it is also not conducive to my goal for this item -- a new-found comfort for my sleepy-time. One other thing of note is the zipper and getting the case on and off the pillow. It is defiantly not as hard as i imagine this task could be but one zipper on the short end does present a few challenges. I think it is a trade off for not having a zipper all the way down the pillow and therefore always feeling it while sleeping cuddled up to the pillow and I would choose this design (the short zipper on the end like this case is made) over the latter I think but wanted the reader to be aware.

Fit my L pillow perfectly, washed well, pretty color

I am in love with satin pillowcases. This purple is the most beautiful shade of royal purple. I have had trouble finding V shaped pillowcases that fit. This one is roomy and the envelope style keeps it in place.
