Will this clean water spots?

I use it on my dirty boots and on my saddle along I use it on my dirty boots and saddle and apply it with a soft brush. I have never used it on small areas just to remove spots. Sorry

How long can this product be used?

I have been using my leather cleaner for over a year now. And it's still does the job. On my headboard and car seats. Plus my stools at my island. It's a must buy.
