Don't buy this product! it really doesn't work and no option to return!!!
This remote is not compatible with Mitsubishi AC units as advertised! do not waste your time and money, also Amazon refused return, completely unacceptable, don't be fooled by this company as it does not do what is says, completely disappointed with the product and with Amazons inability to return the product, very poor indeed.
