Yes as long as your hdmi and tv support the proper resolutions. But don't expect ground breaking results. The point of this is to help clean the image which it does. Don't expect a 720p dvd to turn into a theatre 4kuhd.

My tv is samsung smart 1920x1080p, but the mclassic in full processing mode only goes to 1366x768p, why?

Other factors come into play Verify your cable coming from the mclassic to the tv is full hd 1080p (anything higher technically doesn't do harm but won't improve the picture on your tv since its 1080p) Verify that if your tv has any setting for deep color / ultra deep color / high definition color reproduction Of it does, toggle it on. See what happens. If it's already on, toggle it off and see what happens. Also verify the tv hdmi port settings. Some hdmi may not appropriately read the signal coming from the cable/mclassis so try another if your tv supports it. So overall check: Tv settings Tv ports Hdmi cable
