I’ve been using this fabric softener for years now. I am allergic to synthetic fragrance and also have issues with eczema and this product is good for both. Please disregard reviews that say it doesn’t dissolve when they place it in the rinse cycle, as the instructions clearly say to place it at the very beginning of the wash. Some people really either never read nor follow instructions, even such clear ones as place in washer with laundry detergent. I’ve included a photo of the instructions that come with this product. I will say that realistically not much fragrance remains if you put clothes in the dryer, but my hang dry clothes do retain a slight lavender smell and all clothes are as soft as a regular liquid softener. Some reviews say they clump together, but I just put them in an air tight jar and have never had an issue with moisture or clumping. When used correctly this product works extremely well.

Don't want to do my laundry without using these. Makes my clothes and linens feel soft, with few wrinkles and a gentle scent. I even use on towels. Makes laundry easier.

Love the scent, my laundry smells great and feels soft. I do have an issue with the pod completely dissolving, though. I have a front load washer and sometimes not all the product gets into the wash.

I’ve not only been using this product for years but have recommended it to so many people! I had it set up as a subscription through Amazon, but was surprised recently when it arrived it was not even close to the same product! I loved the clean & crisp scent. It was so fresh and not at all over powering. When my last shipment arrived however, I didn’t even have to open the Amazon box and already the smell of something in the box was giving me a headache. I was so surprised when I realized it was the Dropps. At first I thought Amazon had made a mistake and shipped the wrong scent but after doing a bit of research found out Dropps had completely changed their product. I wish I had known in advance because I would have stocked up. Sadly I had to immediately cancel my subscription of the laundry soap and fabric softener. I decided to go ahead and try both the new laundry soap and fabric softener since I already had them and found that the clean laundry ended up smelling worse than the pods themselves. It’s so strong!!!!

I am a HUGE fan of Dropps products, and I've got several friends that use their dish and laundry pods now after hearing me rave about them so often. I love the no-waste philosophy and their products actually work. Which is why I was very surprised when the fabric softener pods weren't a hit. The smell was very odd, and they didn't seem to make the clothes any softer than not using a softener, and certainly not as soft as a liquid softener. Reading the other reviews, maybe it's a fluke? In the past I've purchased everything directly on the Dropps website, not Amazon, so it's possible that made a difference somewhere along the line.

Very easy and no messy big jugs of detergent.

Easy to carry with you on vacation and great as a detergent, too.

I had a few pods that broke inside the box when it delivered. Left powder everywhere and leaking from the box, aside from wasted pods. Looks like the film they use to hold the pod is too vulnerable. Otherwise, the softener seems to be working well and my clothes smell good after wash.
