Great for women going through electrolyte depletion from breastfeeding and pregnancy!
I was suffering from worsening heart skips or heart palpitations for the last nine months. I went to my doctor and she recommended this drink to see if electrolyte in balance was my issue. After drinking this with each couple water for one whole day my heart palpitations made a complete turnaround, as did my energy levels and all around well-being . I am thankful to God for placing my doctor in my life , and for the doctor 's recommendation of this product . I believe I'm on the right track to good health now. And after having 4 babies in seven years and breast-feeding all of them two years each, it's no wonder my body was out of balance . Moms need to take care of themselves too, And remember that we can't pour out our cups for others when ours is empty . Also, 12 drops of this in a full glass of water made it taste like slight sweat salt water . Not bad at all.

The taste,....
Some say oily , but i can't put my finger on it. It's not unpleasant. In fact I can guzzle it, but I can see why some one wouldn't. I Like it.

I FOLLOW ALAN RITCHSON ON INSTAGRAM. HE PLAYS JACK REACHER. HIS ABS CRAMPED UP ON HIM IN THE GYM AND SOMEONE AT THE GYM HAD HIM TRY IT. HE SAID IT WAS AMAZING. I THOUGHT, WHAT TO I HAVE TO LOSE BUT THE LEG CRAMPS I GET. I HAVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WORKS AND IT'S FAST ACTING. I WILL ALWAYS HAVE A BOTTLE ON HAND. THANK YOU ALAN
