I am currently doing a Bach Flower Essence Training Course and have found this book to be a valuable reference book. Each Essence is thoroughly covered in depth; how they work. how to choose the correct flower essence for particular personality and emotional imbalances, along with questionares and tools to utilize during consultations to assist with providing appropriate therapy, are all included in this book along with the Philosophy of Dr. Edward Bach.
