There are two keyhole slots on the back. Find a stud and put two 1.5 inch drywall screws in at 6 3/16 inches apart. The should stick out about 1/4 inch. Mount the plug bar, cord at top, on the screws and pull down slightly. If you don't have a couple dry wall screws laying around you can use any screw with a head that fits in the keyhole.

can the usb ports be used for data transfer , as well as charging ?

If you are asking if it can be used as a conduit to transfer data from one source to another if they both are plugged into it then that is a No. It has no abilities to connect devices together or allow them to move data between them. Hope that helps.

This is for 120 to 125 volt 60 Hz (standard USA power). Almost no areas in the US still have 110 volt power (that was standard in 1940s).
