What size is baby alive dolls?

They come in different sizes it's not just one standard size

Why do they just have clothes for the girl dolls and not the boy ones? My son was super happy but wants to change his clothes too

I'm getting this doll next week. I just got a cabbage patch naptime boy baby & a You & Me 14 inch chatter & coo boy baby doll. There the same size as this doll. Clothes are really hard to find for the boy dolls though. I've resorted to trying to find gender neutral clothes for my boy dolls... I LOVE both dolls absolutely adorable dolls! <3 The best places I've found so far for gender neutral clothes is Walmart & Toys R Us. Walmart has My Sweet Love dolls for $9.97. I bought 5 in different assorted outfits. keeping the outfits might give dolls to friends / relatives. Toys R Us has 12 to 14 Inch Outfits in the doll isle under the You & Me Brand for $7.99. This is going to sound crazy but really small dog clothes the shirts particulary in size: Small work well as a onesie you just need to buy snap on's to attach to the bottom of the dog shirt! :) Hope the above info helps! :)
