I purchased this product after looking several reviews. But when started using and after about 30 hours of use a little color fading in the inside of the pot is noticed. After 2 days there is some dark marks inside seen. It is tarnishing. So we have to clean this with lemon at least within 2 days. I can't do that . So I returned this. However I giving 4 star because the seller is decently dealing this business. Very fast refund.

The product looks good in the pictures, but the actual material quality and finishing are disappointing. The tap area is leaking continuously. I tried both taps provided with the product, but I could not stop the leakage. The inside surface also shows poor finishing/uneven coating, and the overall build quality does not feel worth the price. Unfortunately, I was away from home for around 15 days after delivery, so I could not inspect and test the product within the return period. I would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer improves the tap fitting and overall quality control.

It was well packed and received on time.. but I faced leakage issue.. seller has provided 2 tapes.. unfortunately both the tapes were leaking.. if it wasn't leaking surely I would have kept it.. after a week of checking also it was leaking so I returned it.. Amazon customer support is good to understand my issue and accepted the return request even though the return period is over..

Product was delivered on time, well packed, good finish as described and received extra tap. I would recommend this product.

Less than 2 weeks to arrive from India which i thought was very quick. The tap works fine just needs tightening properly on first assembly. The whole thing looks great both quality and appearance. Great buy 👌

Arrived weeks before the due date. Also came with extra tap system. Tap fits well and doesn’t leak. The stand is very useful so you can easily fill the goblets. EDITED to add: tested dispenser and cups with a magnet this morning and very pleased to see that the magnet did not stick to them.
