Not as expected
Iโve made the brownies as instructed and was very unhappy with the hard crusting on the top and overly gooeyness of the inside. Iโve also found the saltiness with the sweetness a bit odd in a brownie. Would not buy it again.

Good for brownies
Bought this for my brother who needed gluten free. He didnโt use it so he brought it back to me and I baked it. He was pleased and froze the rest so he was happy and me too

Where Is the rest of the order?
The product itself is great, which is why I ordered it. It is advertised as 4, but I only received 1. After that, I saw another review that has the same issue. This item is already pricey, but this is ridiculous. Also no returnable. Would not recommend this product

19g of sugar for each 30g serving
I purchase many of Bob's Red Mill products and enjoy them all, a great company with great products. Just finished baking these and the house smells like chocolate brownies - can't wait to sink my teeth into a warm chewy brownie that;s gluten free. It was delicious however I should have looked closer at the ingredients as it states - serving size is 30g and sugar content per serving is 19g that's two thirds sugar.......Way too sweet for me. I'd buy this again if they reduce the sugar content or produce another version without sugar and I'll add the sweetener. Crunchy top and chewy just the way I like my chocolaty brownies - a great product if you like sweet GF brownies.

Best Gluten Free Brownie Mix in the World.
Taste and Feels like Molten Chocolate cake, than a brownie. I always heat each serving in a dish in the microwave on 50% power for 15 minutes and then serve with a spoon. Everyone that I have a dish of my brownies has loved it.
