Lung Gold for Dogs - Lung & Respiratory Function, 2 oz

My 16+ year old Beagle has had a cough for the past couple of years. We've had him tested for allergies, collapsed trachea, lung issues and everything came back with good results. The cough was deep in his chest and often sounded very strong (like a fog horn) and always ended with a gag reflex. We made dietary changes, tried homeopathic remedies, codeine (my least favorite), and nothing worked. Over the past few months his breathing has become very labored. While he still liked to take his walks an enjoyed them, it looks like it was so difficult for him, especially during the hot and humid summer months. One day out of desperation I did a search for home-based remedies and came across some reviews for Lung Gold. The first review I read was about a 16 year old beagle with symptoms that seemed identical. I kept reading reviews and it sounded like Lung Gold was a god send for the pet owners and pets, so I decided to give it a try. My pup is just finishing up his first bottle of Lung Gold (90-day supply for his weight) and his symptoms all but gone! Before we could hear him move around in the house because of his heavy, labored breathing. His coughing fits were unbearable to us. Now he often startles us because we can't hear him coming up behind us and the coughing rarely happens. It used to be multiple times a day, now he'll go days without a cough and when he does cough, it's no where near as strong as it was. He "smiles" more and seems to really enjoy his walks more. I know that 16 is old for a pup and he won't live forever, but given that the breathing/coughing issue and some limping due to arthritis were the only health issues he was dealing with, I didn't want to lose hope with improving his quality of life for the time he has left. Based on the success we've seen with Lung Gold, I've purchased Pet Wellbeing's Agile Joints for Dogs to see if we can give him some relief with the arthritis symptoms. I have a 16 year old Chiweenie. She has some issues including lower airway disease which makes her cough and hack. I've had her on other supplements that did help her for awhile but then the coughing and hacking returned. I do have her on Cerenia which does help her but she was still doing some coughing and hacking and I started looking for something else and that's when I found Lung Good specifically for Lower airway desease. I've had her on it now for 2 months maybe and she has improved so much !.I do not notice any coughing or hacking at all...or if she does it's very little. It has honestly been amazing!. I will continue to keep her on this and Cerenia. Thank you Lung Gold !

My beagle is 13 years old and has problems with her throat. My Vet and I have already discussed the problem. I started doing some research and found Gold Lung on Amazon. Ms. Annie Beagle was really coughing and hacking. It really looked like she was really uncomfortable. I've been giving it to her for 3 days now and her breathing while she is naping is much less labored. Albeit she still has her cough and a little bit of hacking; her condition is greatly improved from what it was! I wasn't looking for a wonder drug for Ms. Annie. I wanted for her to be more comfortable. Gold Lung has helped my pup tremendously! I give this product 5 stars.

I have two smaller dogs 9-10 pounds. Both of them are getting up in age (14 & 15 years old) and both seem to be having respiratory and heart issues. A neighbor's dog is also older and seems to have the same symptoms. My neighbors dog was put on medication from the vet and the dog is having terrible reactions to the drugs causing vomiting and diarrhea. I saw this and thought I would try a more natural way of treating what is going on, and this seems to be helping. I believe Lung Gold is definitely worth trying. When a pet is getting older quality of life is very important. My dogs are still happy, eating and active. I think this is working.

Not very helpful for my dog. He still coughing after eating this constantly.

If your pup has any breathing issues with their trachea, this can be invaluable. My Brussel Griffon has a problem with such. I have prescribed medicine to help her. But sometime her breathing is so bad even with the prescribed medics, that’s when I use this product. It doesn’t take much and my pup is usually breathing normally in 5-10 minutes.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!😢 I am writing this review in memory of my beloved dog, Minnie, who tragically passed away yesterday, November 14, 2024. Minnie was my heart and soul, and I deeply regret ever giving her this product. She had no tumors before I started using it, but shortly after, they began to appear, and her condition deteriorated rapidly. The product smells very chemical-like and unpleasant. The list of ingredients on the bottle seems suspicious, with many of the names sounding completely made-up. It's heartbreaking to think I could have tried better, natural solutions instead of relying on this harmful product. The product claims to be bacon-flavored, but it doesn't smell or taste like bacon at all. It smells like fuel, and , it probably tastes just as bad. For $49, I feel completely ripped off. I don't understand how this product has so many positive reviews when my experience was nothing but awful. A BETTER SOLUTION: After this terrible experience, I turned to a homemade elixir, which worked 10 times better and is 100% organic. If you want to help your pets, here's the recipe: 35% wine (for preservation - is not updating dog stomach ) 10% honey 10% coconut oil 15% turmeric (use powdered capsules) 15% echinacea & goldenseal (use powdered capsules) 15% cinnamon powder + add extra water or wine if you want more liquid Mix these ingredients and let the mixture sit for two days at room temperature before use. This natural remedy worked wonders for my dog and brought her more comfort than this awful product ever could. Please, save your money and your pets' health—stay away from this product! Rest in peace, Minnie. You deserved so much better. 💔😢

This was a miracle worker for my 18 yo Japanese Chin. I was at that point where I thought that tough decision was going to have to be made. My baby was having severe breathing issues - struggles with breathing discomfort etc. As a last attempt I ordered this. Immediately it seemed to help a bit after about an hour of the first dose. Within a day his breathing was significantly improved. He’s been on it fir about 3 weeks now and he has made a 180! Breathing easy little to no coughing/wheezing. At least for my senior dog’s case this worked. As a bonus he readily opens his mouth for the drops (normally a real difficult task to administer drops/meds) and even seems to like them- so I’m assuming the taste is pleasant along with the positive experience he has in breathing more easy. I would highly recommend this product- at least worth a try- as it has given me more time with my best friend! Note, definitely need to administer dose in an every 11-12 hour basis or symptoms will reappear. No negative side effects in our case.

Good Quality help my bulldog with her breathing is pricey but does work well I will be buying on a regular basis

So after putting up my review (below) the company reached out to see if they could help. Told them my older pug was having trouble with his trachea and they said I should try the throat gold. They were so nice and seemed to really care so. Gave the throat gold a try. WHAT A QUICK DIFFERENCE. it really has made and amazing difference. I am grateful for the help. Have been using the lung gold for dog. Not seeing much difference yet. Expensive so not sure I’d buy again

Bought his after our 13 year old Wheaten was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis and prescribed a steroid inhaler. I checked with our vet and this company that it would be ok to use this with steroids. Both said should be ok, but may make steroids less effective. We gave it a try. After about 10 days he was doing so well, we wondered if the steroids could work even better without this, so stopped. A few days later he was really wheezy, so we put him straight back on them. A few days later he was much better again. 5 weeks after first diagnosis, we went to vet for a check up- he seemed surprised, and said he was very impressed with his progress, and he actually sounds better than he did when he first saw him. Brilliant!

I have an older cat who has had major issues with asthma attacks in the past (neck extended, wheezing, coughing etc). We mostly fixed it by switching foods, adding an air purifier and humidifier, but when it came back, all that helped was prednisolone, which is super hard on cats kidneys. Luckily the other measure kept it mostly under control. After moving to a new house, it started yet again with an attack daily for 2-3 weeks. Not wanting to resort to drugs, we tried this. Like magic, after 3 days, the attacks stopped completely and have only slowly been returning at much less frequency, intensity and duration. I think for the price, it is much less than a vet visit and drugs. It is much less harmful to organs as well and totally worth a try.
