This tea works! It helps with digestive problems, especially diverticulitis. In the package it smells a little weird and has lots of different flowers and and things in it, but I use a tea ball and fill it up, put it in a cup of hot water and let it steep. You've got a good tasting tea after that. I think it relaxes your colon so that the diverticulitis calms down. I only use it when I feel a flare up coming on, so it lasts a long time that way. Whatever it does, it works for me!

I have Celiac disease and while not the same as Diverticulitis, I do have intestinal inflammation and wondered if this tea would help. The verdict- yes, it does calm and sooth and I have added it to my daily routine. I was surprised that some reviewers did not like the taste, because I find it very pleasant. It is a blend of herbs, but you really only taste the peppermint. Even without the digestive benefits, I would still drink this tea for the flavor. Also, it took some getting used to a tea that was not individually bagged but once I got myself a tea diffuser from Oxo, it is quite easy to prepare. You will enjoy many servings from this bag so although a bit expensive it goes a long way. I will be ordering more.

I never write reviews for products and was honestly very skeptical, but I am pleasantly very pleased with the results I’ve gotten from this tea. I’ve only had one flare up of diverticulitis, but sometimes can feel that it’s trying to rear its ugly head, so I decided to try it. It tastes amazing and all of the symptoms I was feeling are gone. I also have IBS and have had no trouble with that either since I started drinking the tea. I steep the tea overnight and make iced tea every morning. I’ve told many with the same issues about this tea. I’m sold!!!

SCENT: Anyone who delights in peppermint will be happy with this tea's scent. For me, the scent of peppermint overpowers this tea, from the moment the package is opened and during brewing. I don't care for the smell of peppermint in tea, so honestly it makes me hesitate to brew a cup. TASTE: Taste is light and easy. Goes down smooth. There's definitely the peppermint after-taste/sensation after each sip. Sort of like when having a hard peppermint candy. The rest of the tastes are mingled, mild, and very pleasant. I can add honey without disrupting the flavors. PACKAGING: Well packaged in a re-sealable pouch. Arrived quickly. It's fresh. The package was full and the tea was fluffy and not packed down at all. BREWING: Brews quickly. Needs a loose-leaf tea ball/infuser (these aren't bags). Full flavor after just a short time brewing - a little goes a long way. BENEFITS: Bought this post second diverticulitis attack. It is calming on the digestion, and a light tea to drink during a flare up and anytime. I do think there's benefits to this tea, so I drink it, but not as often as I should because personally I don't like the peppermint scent and taste. Probably will not re-order. Anyone who likes peppermint will probably drink this often and obtain the full benefits.

Works very well if you have intestinal or gut issues it calms it down. It is loose leaf so you do need to get something to put the leaves in, but I love it.

I have diverticulitis and when it decides to be mean, I usually end up in the ER. I saw this product by pure accident and even though I was skeptical, I decided...what do I have to lose? OMG...after drinking only one cup of tea, my diverticulitis calmed right down! I am truly amazed by this tea. It saved me a trip to the ER. I ordered another bag just in case they stop making it or it's sold out. I will never be without this tea in my pantry! Thank you to whomever created this little miracle!

I go this tea because I was recently diagnosed with diverticulitis. I was kind of just looking for something to help relieve the symptoms in conjunction with the other preventative treatments. This tea contains peppermint, which is good to relieve an unhappy stomach. I can say that it does help a little to soothe the irritation and other stuff. But it isn't some kind of miracle elixer. One of the reasons I bought this was because lots of reviews said that it tasted great. That's just not true. I drink lots of teas. Being that my Wife is from China, I keep many different varieties at my house. This tastes far worse than any Ive had. It also leaves a very powerful aftertaste that doesnt go away easily. No big deal, we arent drinking this for pleasure. I just wanted to set the record straight on the flavor issue. The price is also very outrageous. Another reason I thought it either did a great job and might taste really good. It seems to be priced high for no reason at all. I think that after I finish this stuff off, I won't be buying more. It works just ok, taste bad and cost too much.

I’ve never written a review but so wanted to share how much this Diverticulitis tea has helped me. I’ve not had a serious flare up in 5 months! Tbe tea relieves the cramping and pain rather quickly and makes for a better day not worrying about how you’re going to deal with life and a diverticulitis flare. And it tastes great!

If you suffer for diverticulosis, this is the tea for you, I was sceptical if it would help at all, as I've tried lots of different lotions and potions over the years and this is a game changer, pat on the back for whoever came up with this, its brilliant and reduces my bloating and eases my tummy during flare ups.
