It comes individually, price is for 1.

Q: We have these on a push cart. Only one makes noise like cheap new shoes when the wheel rolls. Is there anyway to silence it or do I have to buy new?

I have the same issue. Mine “squeaks” also. Tried to spray lubricant in the bearings but nothing has helped. They work perfectly fine but the squeak is annoying. It’s probably cheaply made.
